Orders and payment

All prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Product prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice.

An order is confirmed only after successful payment. If an item becomes unavailable or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you to arrange a suitable solution, including a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.

Shipping and delivery

We currently deliver within Malaysia. Shipping charges and delivery options are shown at checkout and may vary based on delivery location, parcel weight, and order size.

Free shipping promotions apply only when stated and may be subject to minimum-spend and location requirements.

Delivery timeframes are estimates. Delays caused by courier services, weather, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control may occur.

Returns, refunds and exchanges

Home Genie accepts returns within 7 days of delivery only if:

• The item is defective or damaged upon arrival; or
• You received the wrong item or incorrect variant.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all original accessories.

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind;
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear; or
• Items returned without original packaging.

To request a return, email hellohomegenie@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will respond within 1–3 business days.

Please do not return an item until your request has been approved and you have received return instructions.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

For defective or incorrect items, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.

Product information

We aim to display product images, colours, dimensions, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.

Reviews

Customers may submit reviews through our website. Reviews may be moderated before being published.

A “Verified” or “Verified purchase” label is only applied when a review is associated with a completed Home Genie order. We reserve the right to remove reviews that contain spam, offensive language, misleading information, or content unrelated to the product or shopping experience.
