How long does shipping take?

West Malaysia: 2 to 4 working days. East Malaysia: 4 to 7 working days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, free shipping on all orders above RM150. Below that, a flat rate applies at checkout.

My parcel arrived damaged. What now?

Message us with a photo and your order number and we'll send a replacement or refund you. Our glass products ship packed in secure air tubes, but if anything slips through, we make it right.

Are your products original Home Genie?

Yes. We source and quality check every product ourselves, and everything gets tested in real homes (including ours) before it reaches you. If it doesn't survive us, we don't sell it.

Do you have a physical store?

We're online only, based at SPD HUB Enterprise in Taiping, Perak. That keeps our prices honest and our delivery quick.
